Description : Authentic antique Japanese kimono 100% black silk for men once worn by Japanese samurai warriors under their "Yoroi" armor

No longer manufactured nowadays, this type of kimono is becoming increasingly rare in Japan, and is unfortunately doomed to disappear!
it is most often bought by foreign tourists passing through Japan.
Japanese men wear it only on rare occasions, such as wedding ceremonies or other exceptional events.
As with the purchase of this new silk kimono being too expensive, it is most often bought or rented in polyester or tetron.

Use : in accordance with martial tradition, in the style of Japanese shihans, this kimono is to be worn as a keikogi and in addition to the gray striped Shima umanori hakama for the practice of Iaido, Kenjutsu, Batto jutsu

Care : dry wash, silk requires!

Period:  Showa (1929 ~ 1989)

Condition : good general condition except for a few small water stains on the lining, not visible from the outside (see details photos)

Due to this small imperfections of obsolescence we are unfortunately obliged to have to sell off this kimono and offer an exceptional reduction of   - 48%
